Some answers to common rental questions are below.

Charges
Payment in full is due upon arrival. Check or cash. No credit cards.

In addition to the rent there will be a $25 administrative fee, 12.5% taxes (6.5% sales tax, 6% resort tax), and a one time cleaning fee ranging from $85-100 per unit depending on the size of the unit. 
Renters are allowed to leave one load of laundry for each bedroom in the unit- ex. 2 bedrooms- 2 loads
Excessive laundry will be charged an additional $5 cleaning fee.

 Security Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is due with the signing of the contract.  This will be refunded to you if there are no damages or phone charges.

 Amenities
Workout room, Sauna, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse, Tennis Court and Parking are all free and for your use to you the renter.

Each unit has (1) parking space/ garage allotted to it.  Please obtain parking permits from the office for additional vehicles and guests.  Parking is limited and open spaces are first come, first serve.  No boats or trailers allowed.

Under 12 must be supervised in all amenities

 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing 30 days prior to weekly reservation and 60 days prior to monthly reservation.
